WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
For custom orders I accept a direct bank transfer, details for this will be on your invoice. For market stalls I accept cash as well as VISA & Mastercard payments via my Square payment terminal.
WHAT ALLERGIES CAN YOU CATER TO?
Mim's Vegan Treats has a fully vegan, nut & sesame free kitchen. I can also cater for gluten-intolerance, soy allergies, coconut allergies, and artificial colour & flavour allergies. If you are concerned about any other dietary requirements, please send through an enquiry form & I will get back to you about options.
However, please be aware that my products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as wheat, soybeans, and coconut. In addition to this, some ingredients used may be processed in facilities that handle nut, soy, and wheat products (e.g. Oreo or Biscoff products). While every effort is taken to sterilise the kitchen between orders, I cannot guarantee that no traces of these allergens remain.
DO YOU DELIVER?
I offer delivery across Canberra at a rate of $1.5 per kilometre from Belconnen, with a minimum delivery cost of $15. Areas outside Canberra may incur an extra fee. Custom sugar cookie orders can be posted across Australia with express post from Auspost starting from $15.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Please submit an enquiry via the enquiry form page on this website and I will respond to you within 1-5 business days. Once details have been confirmed, I will send you an invoice via email.
HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU REQUIRE?
I usually require two weeks notice for all orders. Any orders with less than two weeks notice may not be accepted. Any orders with less than a week's notice may not be accepted or may incur a rush fee.
HOW QUICKLY DO YOU RESPOND?
I endeavour to respond to all enquiries via e-mail within 1-5 business days. My usual admin days are Monday & Tuesday.
WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?
Every custom cake is different, from size to style to flavour. As such, your quote depends entirely upon the specifications of your request. Add ons such as cake toppers, fresh flowers etc. will incur additional charges. Please submit an enquiry form and I will be happy to give you a free customised quote for your enquiry.

Cupcakes start at $75 per dozen, including 1 cake, filling, and buttercream flavour. Extras such as additional flavours, fondant decorations, gluten-free etc. will incur an additional charge.
